Custom Aquarium Lids
Our lids are cut and/or CNC-machined specifically to the dimensions and specifications you provide during checkout. Because of this:

Returns are not accepted for sizing errors, incorrect tank models, or changes of mind.

Please measure your tank carefully and double-check your lid style or equipment cutouts (e.g., filter slots, feeding holes) before placing your order.

If you're unsure about sizing or need help, reach out to us before ordering — we’re happy to help confirm the right fit.
3D Printed Items
All of our 3D printed items (such as filter guards, spray bars, shrimp tunnels, and accessories) are made to order using high-quality filament and settings optimized for aquarium use.

Small surface imperfections, color variation, or minor cosmetic layer lines are a normal part of the 3D printing process and do not qualify as defects.

Items may have slight design changes over time as we make improvements.

Custom 3D prints (e.g., items requested with special dimensions or modifications) are non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Send photos of the product and packaging so we can assess the issue.

If the problem is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Return Conditions

All returns must be pre-approved by our team. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged for return shipping.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or defective on arrival.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
